          1、低(di)溫(wen)降(jiang)不(bu)到(dao)或無法(fa)降溫(wen)

          ①壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)損壞(huai)或未開啟(qi),更換(huan)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)及(ji)檢(jian)查(zha)控制(zhi)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)線路(lu)及(ji)控制(zhi)元器(qi)件(jian)是否損壞(huai)

          ②制冷(leng)劑(ji)泄(xie)漏(lou),用氮(dan)氣檢(jian)漏(lou)法(fa)找(zhao)出(chu)漏點,焊接,抽(chou)真空(kong),加(jia)入(ru)制冷(leng)劑(ji),重(zhong)新調(tiao)試

          ③電(dian)磁閥(fa)動作異(yi)常(chang),更換(huan)電(dian)磁閥(fa),檢(jian)查(zha)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)控制(zhi)線路(lu)

          ④毛(mao)細(xi)管(guan)堵(du)塞(sai),更(geng)換毛細(xi)管(guan),更(geng)換(huan)幹(gan)燥過濾(lv)器(qi),用氮(dan)氣吹(chui)幹(gan)凈(jing)冷(leng)凝系(xi)統(tong)雜(za)質(zhi),加(jia)入(ru)制冷(leng)劑(ji)調(tiao)試

          ⑤冷(leng)凝器(qi)結冰(bing),升(sheng)溫燒(shao)幹箱內(nei)水(shui)分,在(zai)降(jiang)溫(wen)。

           

          2、高(gao)低(di)溫(wen)試(shi)驗箱不(bu)升(sheng)溫或高溫達不(bu)到(dao)

          ①加(jia)熱(re)管(guan)損壞(huai)(更換(huan)即可(ke))

          ②固態(tai)繼電(dian)器(qi)損壞(huai),更換(huan)即可(ke)

           

          3、濕(shi)度(du)不上升(sheng)或不加(jia)濕(shi)度(du)

          ①加(jia)濕(shi)管(guan)損壞(huai),更換(huan)即可(ke)

          ②控制(zhi)加(jia)濕(shi)的(de)水(shui)位浮球未浮起

          ③加(jia)濕(shi)固態(tai)繼電(dian)器(qi)損壞(huai)

           

          4、濕(shi)度(du)總顯(xian)示(shi)100%RH

          ①紗(sha)布(bu)異(yi)常(chang),更換(huan)紗(sha)布(bu)

          ②制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)故(gu)障(zhang),檢(jian)查(zha)制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)

          ③水(shui)路系(xi)統(tong)供(gong)水(shui)異(yi)常(chang),檢(jian)查(zha)水(shui)路系(xi)統(tong)

           

          5、總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan)開關跳閘(zha)

          ①設備總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan)超(chao)過電(dian)源開關總電流(liu),更(geng)換(huan)合適(shi)的(de)電(dian)源開關

          ②設備漏(lou)電(dian),檢(jian)查(zha)設(she)備壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji),電(dian)機(ji),加(jia)熱(re)管(guan),加(jia)濕(shi)管(guan),冷(leng)凝器(qi),風扇,變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),開關電源,水(shui)泵等(deng)元器(qi)件(jian)絕緣阻值及(ji)漏電電(dian)流(liu)

           

          6、高(gao)低(di)溫(wen)試(shi)驗箱漏(lou)水(shui)

          ①檢(jian)查(zha)水(shui)管(guan),水(shui)杯,加(jia)濕(shi)桶(tong),水(shui)箱是(shi)否正常(chang),如(ru)有異(yi)常(chang),用生(sheng)料袋臨(lin)檢(jian)或用耐(nai)高(gao)溫中(zhong)性玻(bo)璃膠密(mi)封(feng),

          ②檢(jian)查(zha)箱內(nei)密(mi)封(feng)是否(fou)OK,如(ru)有異(yi)常(chang)用耐(nai)高(gao)溫中(zhong)性玻(bo)璃膠密(mi)封(feng),

          ③檢(jian)查(zha)制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)保(bao)溫(wen)是(shi)否正常(chang),如(ru)有異(yi)常(chang),用保(bao)溫(wen)棉(mian)纏(chan)繞加(jia)強(qiang)保溫

           

          7、高低(di)溫(wen)試(shi)驗箱內(nei)結霜或結冰

          ①長時(shi)間(jian)運(yun)行低(di)溫(wen)導(dao)致(zhi)升(sheng)高溫(wen)烘烤(kao)幹(gan)水(shui)分後(hou)在(zai)降(jiang)溫(wen)

          ②做實(shi)驗時(shi)經(jing)常(chang)開箱門(men)導(dao)致(zhi),盡量(liang)做(zuo)實(shi)驗時(shi)不開或少開箱門(men)(有條件(jian)的加(jia)上玻璃門)

          ③循環電機(ji)損壞(huai)或風輪(lun)脫掉(diao),更換(huan)循(xun)環電機(ji)及(ji)擰緊(jin)風輪(lun)

           

          8、設(she)備有噪(zao)音

          檢(jian)測(ce)電機(ji),風輪(lun),冷(leng)凝器(qi),風扇,壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji),機(ji)殼蓋板等(deng)螺絲(si)擰緊(jin)即(ji)可
